ترجمان نے عالمی برادری سے پاکستان کے مطالبہ کا اعادہ کیا کہ وہ غیرقانونی طورپربھارت کے زیرتسلط جموں وکشمیرمیں انسانی حقوق اور بین الاقوامی انسانی قوانین کی سنگین اور منظم خلاف ورزیوں کے لیے بھارت کو جوابدہ ٹھہرائے۔انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ انسانی حقوق کیلئے اقوام متحدہ کے ادارہ اوایچ سی آر کی 2018 اور 2019 کی رپورٹوں میں پیش کردہ سفارشات کے مطابق انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کی تحقیقات ایک آزادانہ تحقیقاتی کمیشن کے ذریعے کی جانی چاہیے ۔
واضح رہے کہ راوں سال نومبر میں قابض بھارتی فوج نے 20 کشمیریوں کو نہاد نہاد سرچ آپریشن اور محاصرے کی کارروائیوں میں شہید کیا تھا ،66 کو حراست میں لیا گیا۔
