خانیوال کی تحصیل میاں چنوں میں پیش آنے والے افسوسناک سانحہ میں پنجاب پولیس کی مزید گرفتاریاں کی ہیں ۔ پولیس نے 6 مزید مرکزی ملزمان کی شناخت کرکے انہیں گرفتار کرلیا۔
مزید 6 گرفتار کیے گئے افراد میں سدابہار، مطلوب، رفاقت، عنصر حسین ولد محمد نواز ، عنصر حسین ولد صادق اور محمد شفیق شامل ہیں۔
پنجاب پولیس نے واقعے میں ملوث 21 مرکزی ملزمان کو گرفتار کر لیا ہے۔ سانحہ میں ملوث 102 مشتبہ افراد کو حراست میں لیا گیا ہے۔
ترجمان پنجاب پولیس کے مطابق گرفتار ملزمان کو اشتعال دلاتے ، ینٹوں اور ڈنڈوں سے شہری پر تشدد کرتے دیکھا جا سکتا ہے۔
گرفتار ملزمان کے خلاف دہشت گردی اور سنگین جرائم کی دفعات لگائی گئی ہیں۔ دستیاب فوٹیجز اور شواہد کی مدد سے مزید ملزمان کی گرفتاری اور شناخت کا عمل جاری ہے۔
پنجاب پولیس کے مطابق پولیس نے ابھی تک کل 102 مشتبہ افراد کو حراست میں لیا ہے۔مزید ملزمان کی گرفتاری کے لیے پولیس ٹیمیں رات بھر چھاپے مارتے رہی ہیں۔ ملزمان کی گرفتاری کیلئے خفیہ آپریشن بھی جاری ہیں۔
ترجمان پنجاب پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ قانون ہاتھ میں لینے والے تمام شرپسند عناصر کو جلد از جلد قانون کی گرفت میں لایا جائے گا۔
ملزمان کو قانون کے مطابق سزا دی جائے گی،عثمان بزدار
وزیر اعلی پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار نے کہا ہے کہ میاں چنوں افسوسناک واقعہ میں ملوث ملزمان کو قانون کے مطابق سخت سزا کے حقدار ہیں۔
قانون ہاتھ میں لینے والے عناصر کے خلاف بلاامتیاز کارروائی کی گئی ہے۔
عثمان بزدار نے کہا کہ کسی کو بھی قانون ہاتھ میں لینے کی اجازت نہیں دی جا سکتی ۔ جہاں بھی پولیس کی غفلت ثابت ہوئی، ایکشن لیا جائے گا۔ ملزمان انسان کہلانے کے حقدار نہیں ۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ملزمان عبرتناک سزا سے نہیں بچ پائیں گے ۔ انصاف ہر صورت ہوگا اور ہوتا ہوا نظر بھی آئے گا۔ اسلام امن اور آشتی کا دین ہے ، دین اسلام میں تشدد کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں۔
واضح رہے کہ میاں چنوں واقعہ میں پولیس نے 15 مرکزی ملزم گرفتار کرنے کی تصدیق کردی ہے ۔ سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج کی مدد سے مزید کی شناخت کا عمل اور گرفتاریوں کے لئے چھاپے جاری ہیں۔
واقعہ میں ملوث پنجاب پولیس نے کتنے ملزمان گرفتار کیے ؟
واضح رہے کہ میاں چنوں کے قصبہ تلمبہ میں مشتعل ہجوم کے ہاتھوں ایک شخص کی ہلاکت کا واقعہ پیش آیا۔ پولیس نے کارروائی کرتے ہوئے 15 مرکزی ملزمان کی شناخت کرکے انہیں گرفتار کیا ہے ۔ ملزمان میں محمد یعقوب، کاشف، محمد ریاض، ثقلین، محمد شان، آصف، ندیم، قیصر نذیز، عبد الغنی، محمد اسلم، محمد عامر، اعجاز، محبوب الرحمٰن، محمد بلال اور علی شیر شامل ہیں۔
پنجاب پولیس کے ترجمان کی جانب سے بتایا گیا کہ گرفتار ملزمان کو اینٹوں اور ڈنڈوں سے شہری اسلم پر تشدد کرتے دیکھا جا سکتا ہے ۔ گرفتار ملزمان کے خلاف دہشت گردی اور سنگین جرائم کی دفعات لگائی گئی ہیں ۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیجز کی مدد سے مزید ملزمان کی گرفتاری اور شناخت کا عمل جاری ہے ۔ ابھی تک کل 85 مشتبہ افراد کو حراست میں لیا جن میں مرکزی ملزمان کی شناخت کا عمل جاری ہے۔
ترجمان کے مطابق مزید ملزمان کی گرفتاری کے لیے پولیس کی ٹیموں کے چھاپے جاری ہیں ۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب اور آئی جی پنجاب سارے آپریشن کی خود نگرانی کر رہے ہیں ۔ قانون ہاتھ میں لینے والے تمام شرپسند عناصر کو جلد از جلد قانون کی گرفت میں لایا جائے گا۔
