اقوام متحدہ نے انکشاف کیا ہے کہ یمن کے حوثیوں کے ذریعے بھرتی کیے گئے 2ہزار بچے لڑائی میں مارے گئے جن کی عمریں 10 سے 17 سال کے درمیان ہیں۔
اقوام متحدہ کی رپورٹ کے مطابق یمن کے حوثی باغیوں کے ذریعے بھرتی کیے گئے تقریباً 2ہزار بچے میدان جنگ میں ہلاک ہو چکے ہیں، یہ حوثی جنگجو مشرق وسطیٰ، یورپ اور ایشیا کی کمپنیوں سے ہتھیاروں کے نظام کے کلیدی اجزاء حاصل کر رہا ہے۔
سلامتی کونسل میں جاری ہونے والی سالانہ رپورٹ میں اقوام متحدہ کے ماہرین نے انکشاف کیا کہ انہیں ایسے شواہد ملے ہیں کہ حوثیوں نے اپنے نظریے کو پھیلانے کے لیے کئی سمر کیمپوں اور ایک مسجد کا استعمال کیا ،حوثی جنگجوؤں نے یمن کی حکومت کے خلاف لڑنے کے لیے بچوں کو بھرتی کیا۔
ماہرین کے4رکنی پینل نے کہا کہ بچوں کو حوثیوں کی جانب سے امریکہ، اسرائیل، یہودیوں کے خلاف اسلام کی فتح کی ترغیب پر زور دیا جاتا ہے ، ایک کیمپ میں 7 سال سے کم عمر کے بچوں کو ہتھیار صاف کرنا اور راکٹوں سے بچنا سکھایا گیا۔
اقوامتحدہ کے مطابق حوثیوں کے ذریعے بھرتی ایک ہزار406 بچوں کی فہرست موصول ہوئی ہے جو 2020 میں میدان جنگ میں ہلاک ہوئے تھے، جنوری اور مئی 2021 کے دوران 562 بچے مارے گئے تھے۔یہ بچے امران، دمار، حجہ، حدیدہ، ایب، صعدہ اور صنعا میں ہلاک ہوئے۔
ماہرین نے سات سالہ تنازعے میں بچوں کو استعمال کرنے کی مذمت کی اور تمام فریقوں سے مطالبہ کیا کہ”بچوں کو بھرتی کرنے کے لیے اسکولوں، سمر کیمپوں اور مساجد کو استعمال کرنے سے گریز کریں”۔ اقوام متحدہ نے ایسا کرنے والوں پر پابندیاں عائد کرنے کی سفارش کی۔
اقوام متحدہ کے ماہرین کی جانب سے 300صفحات پر مشتمل جاری رپورٹ میں کہا کیا کہ دہشت گرد گروپ یمن کے دارالحکومت صنعا پر قابض ہیں، اوریہ اپنے ہتھیاروں کے نظام کے لیے اہم اجزاء یورپ اور ایشیا کی کمپنیوں سے حاصل کرتے رہےہیں اور یہ گروپ اقوام متحدہ کی طرف سے عائد ہتھیاروں کی پابندی کی خلاف ورزی کا مرتکب پایا گیا ہے۔
رپورٹ کے مطابق حوثی جنگجوڈرؤنز، دیسی ساختہ دھماکہ خیز آلات، اور کم فاصلے تک مار کرنے والے راکٹ حوثیوں کے زیر کنٹرول علاقوں میں جمع کرتے ہیں۔
ماہرین نے کہا کہ شواہد سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ ہتھیاروں کے پرزے اور دیگر فوجی سازوسامان حوثی فورسز کو "عمان میں مقیم افراد اور اداروں کی طرف سے” فراہم کیا جا رہا ہے۔اور یمن کی سرحد پران کے مسلح گروپ کے ساتھ روابطوں کے بھی شواہد ملے جھنیں غلط استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے۔
