وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار اسلام آباد سے مری پہنچےجہاں انہوں نے گھڑیال کے علاقے کا فضائی دورہ کر کے امدادی سرگرمیوں کا جائزہ لیا ، صوبائی وزیر قانون راجہ بشارت سمیت حکام بھی ہمراہ تھے۔
وزیر اعلی پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار نے مری کے برف باری سے متاثرے علاقے گھڑیال میں 3 گھنٹے تک اعلیٰ سطح کے اجلاس کی صدارت کی ، جس میں کمشنر راولپنڈی ڈویژن،سی پی او راولپنڈی او رڈپٹی کمشنر راولپنڈی،سی ٹی اور راولپنڈی نے وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار کوالمناک واقعہ کے مختلف پہلوؤں کے بارے میں بریفنگ دی۔
اجلاس میں صوبائی وزیر قانون راجہ بشارت،ایم این اے صداقت عباسی،ایم پی اے لطاسب ستی،ترجمان حکومت پنجاب حسان خاور،چیف سیکرٹری،انسپکٹر جنرل پولیس،سینئر ممبر بورڈآف ریونیو،سیکرٹری تعمیرات و مواصلات،کمشنر راولپنڈی ڈویژن،آر پی او راولپنڈی، سی پی او راولپنڈی، ڈپٹی کمشنر راولپنڈی اورمتعلقہ حکام بھی اس موقع پرموجود تھے۔
وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدارکو مری میں پیش آنے والے افسوسناک واقعہ کے بارے میں رپورٹ پیش کی گئی ، وزیراعلیٰ نے مری میں گنجائش سے زیادہ گاڑیوں کی آمد پر شدید برہمی کا اظہار کیا ۔
وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار نے المناک وا قعہ کی اعلیٰ سطح کی انکوائری کرانے کااعلان کیا ، ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری داخلہ پنجاب کی سربراہی میں کمیٹی تشکیل دی گئی جو 7روز میں رپورٹ پیش کرے گی ، کمیٹی کی رپورٹ کی روشنی میں غفلت مرتکب افسران کے خلاف بلاامتیاز کارروائی جائے گی۔
وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار نے جاں بحق افراد کے لواحقین کے لئے مالی امداد کااعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ متاثرہ خاندانوں کے ورثا کو مجموعی طور پر ایک کروڑ 76لاکھ روپے کی مالی امداد دی جائے گی۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدار نے کہا کہ مالی امداد کسی غم کا مداواح نہیں لیکن ہم غمزدہ خاندانوں کے غم میں برابر کے شریک ہیں ، پنجاب حکومت کی تمام تر ہمدردیاں جاں بحق افراد کے لواحقین کے ساتھ ہیں ،حکومت سوگوار خاندانوں کوتنہا نہیں چھوڑے گی۔
اجلاس میں مری کو ضلع بنانے کا اصولی فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے ، اس ضمن میں چیف سیکرٹری او رسینئر ممبر بورڈ آف ریونیو سے تجاویز طلب کرلی ہیں۔
عثمان بزدار کا کہنا تھا کہ مری میں فوری طورپر ایس پی او رایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر کے عہدو ں کے افسروں کو تعینات کیاجائے گا ، مری میں 2نئے تھانوں کے قیام کی بھی منظوری دے دی ہے۔
اجلاس میں مری میں سیاحوں کے رش کو کنٹرول کرنے کے لئے سنی بینک او رجھیکا گلی میں 2پا رکنگ پلازے بنائے جانے کی منظوری دے دی گئی، پارکنگ پلازوں سے شٹل سروس کے ذریعے سیاحوں کو مال روڈ تک لایا جائے گا، آئندہ سے مری میں گاڑیوں او رسیاحوں کے داخلے کو کنٹرول کیاجائے گا ۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے مزید کہا کہ مخصوص حد سے زیادہ گاڑیوں اور لوگوں کو مری میں داخلے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی ، مری جانے والی رابطہ سڑکوں کی تعمیر کی منظوری دی ہے ، ان رابطہ سڑکوں کی تعمیر سے مری آنے اورجانے والو ں کوبے پناہ سہولت ملے گی۔
عثمان بزدار نے یقیین دہانی کرائی کہ مری میں غیر قانونی تعمیرات کے خلاف بلا امتیاز کارروائی ہوگی ، آئندہ ایسے افسوسناک واقعات کی روک تھام کے لئے شارٹ ٹرم اورلانگ ٹرم پلاننگ کی جائے گی اور ایس او پیز پر ازسرنو نظرثانی کریں گے، ریسکیو1122 کے عملے کو ٹریل بائیکس اور وائرلیس سیٹ دئیے جائیں گے۔
وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار نے مری میں اوور چارجنگ کرنے والے ہوٹلوں کے خلاف کارروائی کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ مری میں ہوٹلوں کے کرائے میں اوورچارجنگ قطعی طورپر قابل برداشت نہیں ۔
